November to April - $2800
May & October - $3700
June & September - $4400
July & August - $5200
Christmas Weeks - $4000
All rates reflect a weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday). A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required. Towels and linens are supplied, and a once-a-week cleaning service is included in the price.
